Summary – Keďže žalobkyňa v stanovenej lehote 10 dní svoje podanie nedoplnila v tom smere, čoho konkrétne sa domáha, ba po doplnení nie je zrejmé ani to, či za žalovanú označuje len W. G. alebo aj E. G. (pravdepodobne ani priezviská nie sú správne uvedené) , a pre tento nedostatok nemožno v konaní pokračovať (nie je jasné voči komu a čoho konkrétne sa domáha) , súd jej podanie podľa § 43 ods. 2 O. s. p. odmietol.
