Summary – Podľa ust. § 11 ods. 10 poisťovateľ t. j. navrhovateľ má nárok na pomernú časť poistného ku dňu zániku poistenia, v danom prípade išlo o obdobie od 06 08 2009 do 06. 03. 2010. Žalovaná suma predstavuje dlžné poistné za uvedené obdobie v celkovej výške 68,19 € za dva štvrťroky (08, 09,10,11, 12/2009 a 01/2010 a pomerná časť poistného za 02/2010) .
