Summary – Platobný rozkaz bol odporcovi doručený dňa 11. 01. 2012, lehota na podanie odporu uplynula uplynutím dňa 26 01 2012 navrhovateľ vzal návrh späť dňa 25. 01. 2012, návrh bol teda vzatý späť pred uplynutím lehoty na podanie odporu proti platobnému rozkazu, súd preto rozhodol tak, ako je uvedené v I. výrokovej vete tohto uznesenia a platobný rozkaz č. k. 36Rob/114/2011 - 9 zo dňa 04 01 2012 zrušil a konanie zastavil.
