Summary – V zmysle vyššie citovaných zákonných ustanovení súd dospel k tomu záveru, že návrhu navrhovateľa bol podaný dôvodne. Odporca napriek tomu, že odobral odmerané množstvo plynu, kúpnu cenu fakturovanú navrhovateľom za odobrané množstvo plynu nezaplatil. Preto súd návrhu v plnom rozsahu vyhovel.
