Summary – Následne bol odporca výzvou zo dňa 07 11 2006 vyzvaný na uhradenie dlžného poistného s upozornením, že ak dlžné poistné nebude zaplatené v lehote jedného mesiaca od doručenia výzvy, tak poistenie zaniká v zmysle ust. § 801 ods. 2 Občianskeho zákonníka. Navrhovateľ doručil odporcovi výzvu dňa 20. 11. 2006. Napriek uvedenému odporca dlžné poistné nezaplatil, a preto dňa 20 12 2006 poistná zmluva zanikla.
