Summary – Platobný rozkaz bol odporcovi doručený dňa 31. 08. 2011, navrhovateľ vzal návrh čiastočne späť dňa 14. 09. 2011, návrh bol teda vzatý čiastočne späť v lehote na podanie odporu proti platobnému rozkazu, súd preto rozhodol tak, ako je uvedené v I. výrokovej vete tohto uznesenia a platobný rozkaz č. k. 34 Rob 47/2011 - 14 zo dňa 17 08 2011 v časti, v ktorej sa čiastočné späťvzatie týka zrušil a konanie zastavil.
