Summary – Návrh navrhovateľa bol podaný dôvodne, pretože odporca nedodržal dohodnuté podmienky za ktorých mu bol poskytnutý úver. Neplatením zročných splátok z úveru vznikla mu povinnosť zaplatiť nielen zostatok z poskytnutého úveru ale i dohodnuté sankčné úroky a poplatky v zmysle uplatneného nároku navrhovateľa. Preto súd návrhu navrhovateľa v plnom rozsahu vyhovel.
