Summary – V rozpore so znením návrhu a zápisnice o vyhlásení rozsudku zo dňa 26 3 2013 bola pri písomnom vyhotovovaní rozsudku omylom skopírovaná časť iného rozhodnutia. Keďže ide o zrejmú nesprávnosť pri písaní, bola podľa § 164 O. s. p. uskutočnená oprava týmto opravným uznesením.
