Summary – Na základe vykonaného a vyhodnoteného dokazovania súd dospel k záveru, že návrh matky na zvýšenie výživného je dôvodný, avšak len čiastočne a výživné zvýšil počnúc dňom, kedy nastala zmena pomerov na strane maloletého dieťaťa nástupom na strednú školu a od uvedenej doby došlo aj k nárastu jeho odôvodnených potrieb.
