Report in year 2011 – Údaje podľa § 27 ods. 2 písm. c) až g) zákona č. 385/2000 Z.z. sa nedajú porovnať s údajmi podľa § 27 ods. 2 písm. g) zákona č. 385/2000 Z.z., nakoľko priemerná výkonnosť na tunajší súd v jednotlivých agendách je prepočítaná na pomer sudcov, ktorí na tunajšom súde vybavujú jednotlivé agendy, avšak nezohľadňujú celkový počet sudcov, ktorí v skutočnosti tú ktorú agendu vybavujú. Z týchto dôvodov priemerný počet pridelených, rozhodnutých, verejne prejednaných, vybavených a nevybavených vecí na tunajší súd v jednotlivých agendách bude vždy vyšší ako počet pridelených, rozhodnutých, verejne prejednaných a nevybavených vecí na jednotlivého sudcu. Je to dané tým, že ročný štatistický výkaz sudcu v bode 9. je na tunajší súd prepočítaný v agende C na počet 5,66 sudcu, v agende Cb na 1,05 sudcu, v agende D na 1,2 sudcu, v agende P na 1,25 sudcu, v agende PPOm na 0,01 sudcu, v agende Ps na 0,05 sudcu a v agende U na 0,16 sudcu, hoci v skutočnosti z 10 sudcov civilného úseku, agendu C vykonávajú 9 sudcovia, agendu Cb 3 sudcovia, agendu D 3 sudcovia, agendu P 7 sudcovia, agendu PPOm 7 sudcovia, agendu PS 7 sudcovia, agendu Ps 7 sudcovia a agendu U 10 sudcovia. Teda skutočný priemerný výkon jedného sudcu v agende C, ktorú vybavuje celkovo 9 sudcov nemožno porovnávať s priemerom na súde počítaným len na 5,66 sudcu, ktorí podľa pomeru vybavujú túto agendu. Takto zostavený ročný štatistický výkaz vždy bude vychádzať v neprospech akéhokoľvek sudcu na súde z dôvodu, že priemer na súd v konkrétnej agende sa nepočíta podľa skutočného počtu sudcov, ktorí túto agendu vykonávajú, ale podľa pomeru agendy sudcu k nápadu na súde. Rovnako skresľujúce sú aj zistené priemerné výkonnosti v SR v jednotlivých agendách, nakoľko zohľadňujú pomer sudcov, ktorí pripadajú na jednotlivé agendy na súdoch v SR podľa nápadu a zloženia agendy a nie skutočný počet sudcov, ktorí tú ktorú agendu vybavujú v celej SR, pričom jednotlivé súdy si pomer sudcov na jednotlivé agendy určovali podľa vlastnej úvahy.
